This document discusses a project aimed at the early detection of myocardial infarction (MI) using real-time analysis of ECG signals. The approach includes preprocessing the ECG signals, extracting ST elevation, and employing a cumulative sum (CUSUM) algorithm to identify significant changes indicative of MI. Experimental results utilizing the EDB medical database are presented, showing the method's effectiveness in detecting MI through monitoring ST segment changes in ECG data.
