This document describes a project to implement wireless transmission of electrocardiogram (ECG) data using Zigbee and a microcontroller. The system acquires ECG signals from electrodes, amplifies and filters the signals using an instrumentation amplifier and filters, and transmits the data wirelessly via Zigbee modules. The document outlines the hardware components, software, and flowchart of the system. It also provides updates on the work progress, noting that ECG acquisition and testing of the hardware and Zigbee modules is complete, while coding of the Zigbee transmission and wireless transmission of ECG signals still needs to be implemented.
