Delivery Approach
The E Solutions India team will work closely with the client team and
will be using the Agile (Purtila) Methodology for the development
of the website.
The below section describes the steps to build the website:
1. E Solutions India will outline all the pages recording the flow and will
get a confirmation from the client.
2. E Solutions India will share a project plan with the client.
3. Alpha testing once completing of the complete site.
4. Beta testing on completion of the all the errors arising from the alpha
testing.
5. Once the website is confirmed with the changes, it will be transferred
to the client web server or Hosted Individual Server.

• Payment Terms
• 30% Advance prior project execution
• 30% After Website Structure Home Page is confirmed
• Balance 40% at the time of site launch
• Payment Gateway Cost would be handled by Client
• E Solutions India will assist on payment gateway purchase & Integration
• Payment Mode: Cash/Cheque in the favor of “E Solutions India”.
• One month post release support is included in the development.
• This support does not include new changes.
• Domain and Hosting Charges Include for the First Year

Support & Maintenance
• E Solutions India will be Maintaining the website for the first month as
post-production support which is also termed as the warranty support.
• Maintenance consists of:
o Content / Product Update
o Image / Banner update
o Periodical Server Backup and Scan
o Website Bug or Spam protection
o Making sure website runs smoothly
• After free maintenance period; maintenance consists of all
above would be charged INR. 2500/- Per month
( Includes Promotions of Website like Basic SEO and Adwords*)

Support & MaintenanceCONTD…
• Any errors which need to be rectified will be completed and no
charges during the post-production/warranty support phase.
• Any updates that are “changes” as per the defined scope will need

1. Any additional modules/ customizations/ deliverables apart from that
mentioned in the scope will be treated as a change request and
costed separately.
2. Timelines in adherence with the project plan unless decided by both
the parties.

than the above will be considered out of scope and will be taken as a
change request and it will be cost accordingly. A detail of the above would
be sent in an SRS document.
