- #4: In the early morning of every school day, these buses prepare for the daily transporting of the children of the East Cleveland School District
- #5: Starting with pre-school level of 3-4 years old and school age children, this District also meets the special needs of educationally deprived students.
- #6: Providing resources for the improving education to all children with disabilities starting at the ages of 3-5 years old.
