- 2. The Concept Objective: To strengthen learning of children and bringing back drop out children in the mainstream of education . Target Groups : School going/drop out children of std.2-5 who lag behind in learning Goal : To cover 3000 children over two years.
- 3. Programme Structure One unit of class consisting of 25 children One teacher per unit of class Duration of one unit of class is 6 months One Area Co-ordinator (AC) for 10 units of class i.e. for every 250 children there is one AC. A.Cs report to the consultant Space provided by the community
- 4. Human Resource Planning Recruitment of Teachers Gender : Male/Female. Preference to be given to females. Minimum Qualification : Intermediate Age : Above 18 years as on date of written test Selection Process : Written Test + Interview Essential Requirement: From the same locality and ready to provide safe space for sitting 25 children/community places.
