The  Concept Objective:   To strengthen learning of  children and bringing back drop out children in the mainstream of education . Target Groups :  School going/drop out children of std.2-5  who lag behind in learning Goal :  To cover 3000 children over two years.
Programme Structure One unit of class consisting of 25 children One teacher per unit of class Duration of one unit of class is 6 months One Area Co-ordinator (AC)  for 10 units of class i.e. for every 250 children there is one AC. A.Cs report to the consultant Space provided by the community
Human Resource Planning Recruitment of Teachers Gender :  Male/Female. Preference to be given to females. Minimum Qualification :  Intermediate Age :  Above 18 years as on date of written test Selection Process  :  Written Test + Interview Essential Requirement:  From the same locality and ready to provide safe space for sitting 25 children/community places.
Human Resource planning…..   Recruitment of Area Co-ordinators Gender :  Male/Female.Preference to be given to females. Minimum Qualification :  Intermediate Age :  Above 20 years as on date of written Test Selection Process :  Written Test + Interview
Training and Workshop Teachers & A.Cs to be trained before starting classes on the following :  -  Identification of children on the basis of age,class,economic status and level of learning. - Testing the base level of learning - Identification of weakness of children’s learning -  What to teach and how to teach - Setting Goals - Report preparations Quarterly workshop to be organised to re-inforce the program and review the progress of children.
