This study investigates the impact of human, organizational, and technological factors on the effectiveness of the e-RKAP system among company employees in West Surabaya. The findings reveal that only system quality has a significant influence on the system's effectiveness, while aspects like system use, user satisfaction, structure, environment, information quality, and service quality do not impact its effectiveness. The research aims to contribute to the theoretical knowledge of information systems and offer practical insights for improving system implementation.
