- 3. © SEEBURGER AG 2019 3 Invoice Delivery Service Your outgoing invoice data will be accepted by the SEEBURGER Cloud in the corresponding invoice format. The data is then automatically sent in ZUGFeRD or PDF format via email with an MFT download link or as an attachment to your customers. As soon as your customers have registered at the SEEBURGER Cloud, they can view the invoices in the invoice receipt.

Track Downloads The download status indicates whether your customers have already downloaded the invoices you sent and on which day. Variable delivery of invoices Decide whether the emails contain the invoices as a download link secured via SEEBURGER MFT and/or as an attachment. SEEBURGER MFT has no file size limitation. Use quick and advanced searches Your customers with a high invoice volume benefit the quick and advanced search using search profiles up to a certain amount. The created search profiles can be stored to save time in the future. Customize emails Customize the standard text and signature of emails to your customers according to your needs. Archived invoices The invoices are available for 10 years to both the supplier (invoice issuer) and the customer (invoice recipient). Adapt Corporate Design The SEEBURGER Cloud can be adapted to your corporate design on request. Your customers will already see your logo and the design of your choice in the registration mask. Use filter function The filter function allows your customers to open invoices for a certain period of time or from a certain sender.

Within this time, the supplier (invoice issuer) has the possibility to check invoices and delete if necessary. Re-sending invoices Invoices can be resent to the recipient customer with a single click. Online help Sending test invoices Test calculations can be generated with a click. Especially in wramp-up or test phases , non-tax- relevant invoices can thus be generated.
