- 20. Quality Check Procedure: We have strength quality check procedure to male all items with precision. Since there is no production items standard procedure is adopted on few things. However, while dealing with various items we make sure to sustain the quality of the products by subjecting it to various test by external agencies as and when required. In case of job work, the material checked on receipt with all its dimensions and the margin for finish size. In case of any clarification it is informed before machining. Castings are checked before machining for any traces of blowholes, cracks, send inclusions etc. In case of material can’t be processed it is returned/replaced before machining. Finished products are thoroughly checked to confirm the size are made in accordance with the tolerance mentioned on the drawings. In case customer required test certificates and it agreed upon in the order, the material is tested and certificates issued at the time of final inspection of the material.
- 21. Corrective Action: All precautions are taken to manufacture the item as per drawing. However if there is variation in finish size due to manual error, we take corrective action after discussing with the customer for repair/replacement whichever possible. Further, after understand the reason for variation responsibility is fixed and it is recorded so that it doesn’t get repeated. Calibration of instrument is also done periodically to ensure preciseness.
