STEP 1
To access sending a new
email, you need to click
on the new email box, as
shown above to reach
the start of sending an
email.
Step 2
Once you have followed
step 1, the box as shown
above will come to your
attention.
Step 3
Next, guide your mouse to the ‘to…’
button, located at the top of the page
where the red arrow is pointing. Once
clicked on, a box familiar to the one
shown below will come to your
attention.

Step 4
Once appeared, you will see
a list of names that work
within the company or
attend the same school etc.
type the name of the person
you wish to send an email to
in the search box where the
arrow is directing.
Step 5
After clicking ‘ok’, you will see this
image on your screen, which then
able’s you to type a message before
sending the email (green arrow).
Where the (red arrow) is pointing, is
where the receiver of your email is
located so you are aware it’s sending
to them. The column beneath the
‘to... ’ is called the ‘subject’ (blue
arrow) where you can type the topic
of what your email is based around…
e.g. - meeting, but this is optional.
At the top of the image above is a
section that looks like this. This
gives you the option of altering or
changing the format of your text
(size, font, colour of text) by
clicking on the options where the
(red arrow) is located. Also, the
(green arrow) ables you to include
bullets and numbers in your
email, as well as where your text
will be positioned on the page
(middle, left, right)
Step 5
For example, I have typed my own
name in the search box above, which
then brings it up in the column of
names-(red arrow) you then need to
double click on the chosen name so it
appears in the ‘to’ column at the
bottom of the image (green arrow)
and press ‘ok’.

Email step thing

  • 1. STEP 1 To access sending a new email, you need to click on the new email box, as shown above to reach the start of sending an email.
  • 2. Step 2 Once you have followed step 1, the box as shown above will come to your attention.
