This system gives the information about whether the bus is arrived or departure. The user can buy the grocery items from the ration shop using the smart card based ration card. The user has to make an advance payment before using the electricity. He has to purchase the prepaid card and recharge the energy meter fixed in his/her house with the units in the card. He can utilize the electricity until the units are zero. If the available credit is exhausted, then the supply of electricity is automatically cut. It aims at effective parking of the cars, deducts the fare for the parking of the car from the card available with the user.
