- 3. One hot and sweaty summer afternoon my family surprised us by telling us we were going to go Germany the next morning. We were so exited and were jumping all over the place. I was only about five so I didn’t really know where Germany was or why I was so exited, but my sisters were exited so I thought that it was a pretty cool place. The whole rest of the day we were getting packed and getting ready to leave at four in the morning. I had no idea though that one of the freakiest things was about to happen to me at this place called Germany that I had no idea where or what it was. Once we were finally on the plane my mom told me for the first time that we had to ride on the plane for about TEN HOURS! All I was thinking at that time was “MOM WHAT THE HECK. YOU COULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT EARLYER!” Now this is a serious question wouldn’t you be so mad if your mom had just told you that it took ten hours to get to the place you were going when you were already on the plane about to leave. I thought so. I decided that the time would go by fast if I just watched the movie that was playing but I then found out that it was to advanced for me (ya right) .Well after the huge news and when I was calmed down just a little I softly dozed off and had no idea that when I woke up we would already be there. When we finally got there we decided to go to a huge fare thing at this giant church Once we got there were probably a billion people there (when I got there I thought nuns) .I didn’t realize though that my family had turned a sharp turn and had gone the other way because I had been trying to figure out this finger trick that I had just learned from my sister. I looked up from my hand and couldn’t see my family anywhere. Luckily right before I had lost them I had heard them talking about going on a boat ride at the pier. So I ran to the pier but didn’t see them. I then found an old lady and told her that I couldn’t find my family but she could only speak German so I knew I was in a big pickle. I started panicking and thinking “Do they know I’m gone” “Are they looking for me” and “WHAT DO I DO”. Finally after about ten minutes a lady with two girls in diapers (who were about five) saw me crying and said “Did you lose your family?” (In German) but of course I didn’t understand her. She then knew I spoke English and said “I’ll take you to the police” (in English). We were just about to walk up to the police when my sister’s German friend spotted me and took me back to my family. I was so happy that I was crying tears of joy. After a while I was fine because I got a big bowl of ice cream. I knew from that day on to keep my eyes on my mom and to never leave her side. - 4. A Picture is worth a Thousand Words This picture was taken in the summer of 2008. It was taken by my dad, and of course I was the one who was being photographed. I had just jumped out of the water and still had a cool rush of cool water on my skin from doing a canon ball into the water. Now usually my dad wouldn’t just takes a random picture of people right after they had jumped into a lake. But the reason why he was dying to take a picture of me (which during the whole time I was arguing not to) was because I had made the weirdest face and was screaming like a baby because it was sooooooo cold. This was a funny thing to have seen im sure but I was at a friend’s lake house and my dad just had to take a picture. The name of our friend’s house was the McNamara’s (I have no clue how to spell their name) and we were just having a fun get together. But it all turned out fine because right after the picture was taken I got get first dibs on who was going to tube first! Ya!
- 5. Being Your Age Nooooooo! I still have one more month of school and I’m already tired of it. I have to say my favorite thing in the whole WORLD is probably SUMMER!!! Oh just in case you’re wondering I have long, straight, brown hair and big brown eyes and personally my least favorite BRACES! Plus I have glasses (but mainly wear contacts). Another thing about me is that I’m really short and tan. Some of my other favorite things are my pig stuffed animal and my cozy bed. I must say that I’m pretty normal and get good grades (most of the time), but I still am crazy and short for my age. One thing that scares me to death is the sound of finger nails on a chalkboard! AWWWWWWWWW!!! Thank goodness nothing weird or unusual has happened to me or I’d freak out. Well you should know a little more about me now (and if you haven’t than you should probably read this again).
- 6. Everyday Life at Your Age Hello myself from the future or any body else. You might think that the stuff I’m about to say is really weird but this is truly what is in at the present time of me writing this. Ok here we go. The things that are “In” are texting, (which I can’t do because I don’t have a phone) peace signs, e-mail, Twilight book (HUGE), the shows Wizards of Waverly Place and American Idol, the awesome game Wii Fit, the Hannah Montana Movie and the movie 17 again. Some really popular songs are Poker Face (MY FAVE), and Right Round, all stars shoes, and how could I forget SMOOTHIE KING. Also some clothes that we wear are skirts and lots of Abercrombie. Now here are the things that are so “Out” (which I should never see you with or wearing). Hannah Montana gear, Dora, Bob the Builder, and Wiggles show, hand games, plaid shirts, overalls, big belts, crocs, WEBKINZ, calling people, huge bows, Build -a- Bear, invitations, and of course, Chucky Cheeses. Some hairstyles that are really cool right now but probably not in your time are crazy buns, braids, piggy tails, pony tails, your hair just pulled back, side pony tails, and maybe swoop bangs. Just incase your wondering my friends and Is style is really important to us so don’t try and go make fun of our styles. One of my least favorite and favorite things is school . First I have to get up at SIX in the morning . Then get ready and eat breakfast. When I finally get to school I unpack and go to my advise. Mrs.Eley then takes role and then we go to our first class next third and so forth. The best part though is that I have some of my really good friends in my academic group so I’m never lonely. Usually we have a terrible test everyday. But I’m relived when it comes to Break and PE. So I see my other BFFS. Once that’s over though we go to one more class then Study Hall. Woo hoo! And then comes… wait for it… keep waiting… your almost there… now scroll down some and you’ll realize the secret of school… LUNCH AND RECESS!!! Then we go to two more classes then…Da na na na na na! SCHOOLS OUT! School I guess is important because I have to learn it sometime. But I still have hassles like church on Sunday but I guess I can sleep in so I won’t have to go. Also on Saturday I just hang out which is fun. During the week I usually go to soccer. Well I guess that’s my life. I know what you’re thinking, you thinking… BORING! Yah, I though so. Ok here we go the topic for this one is… BOYS! Wow they are so weird and confusing. Especially if you pick your nose, interrupt (Jackson), talks about Pokémon (they probably wont like me saying so I refuse to say), and the worst of all is… a teachers pet (Lee, no offense), and also named after a color (Gray). What confuses me the most about guys is why do they like sports so much. While I’ve been writing this whole thing I have been wondering what its like in the future. Are there flying cars, can we fly? I can picture myself having a little girl but still being short. But for now I’m stuck with soccer and I still collect stuffed pigs and go to the soup kitchen and youth group. So I guess Ill have to live like this for now. Bye earthlings form the future (I think).
- 7. Brag Page Now I don’t want to brag or anything… ok I will, anyways it is called a “Brag Page”. Well since I’m such a wonderful, funny, loving, friendly, and nice person don’t be surprised if the things I’m going to say are rude and braggy. But if you haven’t noticed the whole point is to brag on this page. To start my brag page off I would like to tell you about the biggest thing that I’ve done that has made me so proud. So one weekend I went up to my grandparents house and found the cutest puppy I started taking care of it and finally found out his name which was Herby. I then asked the owners if he was free but sadly he wasn’t so I just took care of him and played with him for the reaming time I had with him. But soon after I got a call from my grandma and she said that the people didn’t want Herby anymore so my grandparents adopted him. I was so happy because they had given him to them because I took more care of the dog than anyone else. I was really pleased because I had pretty much saved a dogs life. Some awards I have won has all really been for sports and music stuff but I still am proud of myself when I look at them all lined across the shelf.

Didn’t have to wake up at six a.m. 10. have no homework, tests, or E.R.B’s 11. never forced to eat veggies 12. veggies were bad for you and made you fat but sweets were good for you and made you skinny 13. got to wear whatever we wanted to school 14. could see and breath under water without scuba gear 15. have a pig 16. live on the beach
- 9. The Climb Every step I’m taking, every move I’m makin. Sometimes might knock me down but no I’m not breaking. This is my favorite song ever and it reminds me of when I was freaking out one week because I had a lot of tests but I turned on the radio and heard the song and it reminded me of how I was feeling that week and it made me feel so much better.
