We can add new users for both employees & the admin and can also delete the existing logins in case needed. Leave is granted by the admin according to the need & availability. Date is picked up from the calendar rather than being inserted manually by the user. Navigation to the project is done by using the ADODCs and also by the Search command.
- 15. Description of events has to be added repeatedly. Salary is not being deducted for leaves. No overtimes are paid either. Two forms for attendance (because of conflicting time). This software provide with the simple working to the users. Complex outcomes & demands can not be satisfactorily fulfilled to the users.
- 16. This project can be modified in future according to the need of the employees, administrator and users. This project can be used not only as the information system but as the management system also only by including some more management features and modifications. This project can also be made to work online by providing the internet features and hence can be changed to work as an Online Job Portal.
