This paper presents an energy-aware clustering approach with compressive sensing (TCCS) for wireless sensor networks (WSNs) aimed at enhancing network longevity and quality of service. It introduces a novel model that incorporates cluster head selection and multi-objective genetic algorithms while showing improved performance in various metrics compared to existing methods. Simulation results indicate significant gains in packet delivery ratio, energy efficiency, and reduced energy consumption, contributing to the effective operation of WSNs.
