Theymustalsobe able tomanage and upholdthe qualityof notonlythe productbut the manufacturingprocess. Drafter/Cad draftsman- Generatingmodelsfromcustomerdrawings.Some costingand estimatinginvolvementaswell.SolidworksandAutoCADexperience required. Quality & Manufacturing Engineers- Handson ManufacturingEngineersthatcannot only troubleshootmechanical andelectrical problemswithproductionequipmentbutupholdlean manufacturingpractices. Test Engineers- Handsontestingof the durabilityandstrengthof the mattresses.Fire andburn labin whichtheytestdurabilityandstressof the product. ControlsEngineer- Experience withprogramingandtroubleshootingPLC’s(ProgrammableLogic Controllers) specificallyAllenBradley.
