- 2. ABOUT US Started in 1981, Joyline is a dynamic and creative buying agency. We work with different clients across Europe, especially for ladies wear and girls wear, for woven as well as knit products. The company is headed by a professional and pro-active team, always on the look for better products, prices and manufacturers. As a product driven company, we offer a strong design base: an analysis of the trends at every stage during the season. Working on magazines and websites, we update our selves about the "in" and "out" of fashion. A regular interaction with our clients to understand their identity and their needs. Cad designers in house to create, modify or recolor prints. weekly new product development programs to offer our clients fresh designs.
- 3. OUR SERVICES Our services are complementary the client's quality management system in order to reach an optimum support for each shipment. Sourcing Assistance Service This is an integrated program designed to meet the requirements of our clients to source suitable manufactures delivering the required products with the right workmanship quality, price and within competitive lead times. We also assist our clients with design sourcing. Every account has a dedicated merchant who is focused on providing his client new prints, new styles in adequation with his trends and requests.
- 4. Design Services Print developments and trend interpretations handled by a French designer with help of her team in New Delhi office. CAD Facilities I n-house cad facilities to create or change the prints. Production Facilities Our sourcing expertise give our customers access to our vendors compliance production facilities all over India. Social and Ethical Compliance Department Joyline is an A/B member of SEDEX (membership no. P000000046393) and has a dedicated team working on social, technical & ethical compliance for all our factories. Majority of these factories are also registered members of SEDEX. Fabric engineering department Handled by a highly educated Garment Technologist to maintain Testing Parameters for our clients.
- 5. Quality Control Joyline inspects all goods using AQL method of quality inspection thru a strong quality team. Visual inspections are carried out at the supplier's premises to ensure that the order executed is conform to the client's specifications. An ANSI / ASQC Z1.4 statistical sampling procedure and/or similar standards are normally used. The following points are checked during inspections to ensure their conformity : fabric, colors, style, accessories, weight, workmanship, measurements, labeling, packing assortment, carton marking.
- 7. Factory and Quality System Evaluation With conducting regular meetings with the manufacturer's management, we ensure of his capalities and resources in achieving the clients requirements. We are very attentive to his ability to design, manufacture and control the quality of the goods as well as the training of the workers. Code of Conduct We ensure ethical principles are maintained as per the international laws related to child labor, forced labor, discrimination, health & safety, freedom of association, disciplinary practice, working hours, and compensation at all manufacturing facilities on our production panel.
