- 2. INTRODUCTION • Odoo have build a good platform to manage and do maintenance of equipments. Here we can define maintenance teams, equipments, equipment categories, and also the maintenance stages.
- 3. • First of all we have to install the maintenance plugin from odoo apps. This will creates a new menu named maintenance. Under maintenance -> configurations, you can define new teams, Equipments Categories and also maintenance stages.
- 5. • Dashboard displays infos according to the maintenance team wise. From here you can get more details about the equipments holded by each team and their status.
- 6. • From Equipments menu you can create new equipments:
- 7. This is an equipment dashboard. From here you can easily understand the equipment maintenance request. Form view of the equipment shows more details.
- 8. • From here you can define more details about the equipments including the product information, maintenance details, descriptions and so on.
- 9. • Using the menu Maintenance -> maintenance Requests you can create a new request to maintain any equipment.
- 10. • The flow of maintenance is gone through in progress, Repaired, Scrap.
- 11. • Configurations. Under Equipments -> configurations you can see three menus. To configure maintenance teams, Equipment categories, and maintenance stages.
- 12. • Maintenance teams • Only you have to provide the name of team. So while requesting a new maintenance you can select the proper team in that form.
- 13. • Equipment Categories From here we can create new categories of equipments and while we creating new ones we can define them also. The form view of equipment categories categorized to view the equipments under the category of equipment and also the maintenance requests under the category. This can be checked using the smart buttons.
- 15. • Maintenance Stages Each maintenance requests are gone through different stages and this can be configured here. You can ad or remove the stages here.
