the correct diagnosis of certain important information. This paper describes
classification algorithms and it is used to analyze the performance of these
algorithms. The accuracy measures are True Positive (TP) rate, F Measure,
Receiver Operating Characteristics (ROC) area and Kappa Statistics. The error
measures are Mean Absolute Error (M.A.E), Root Mean Squared Error (R.M.S.E),
Relative Absolute Error (R.A.E) and Relative Root Squared Error (R.R.S.E) [5].

The State Water Commission provides many laws and policies that citizens and

It replaced the old culture patterns of the fifties 2, allowing American youth to
quickly integrate them into their lifestyles. This recognition of the black culture
made a large part of the Caucasian youth and African Americans to stand side by
side in the civil rights movements, to support national equality, and to challenge the
old racial concept. This was also represented by the American folk rock of the

Discrimination against women is; any distinction, exclusion or restriction made on
the basis of sex which has the effect or purpose of impairing or nullifying the
recognition, enjoyment or exercise by women, irrespective of their marital status, on
a basis of equality of men and women, of human rights and fundamental freedom in
the political, economic, social, cultural, civil or any other field (CEDAW, 1979).
Women being the fairer sex, empowerment notwithstanding and its capabilities not
underestimated, they still have to get what they deserve. Come to think of it, some of
us believe that the age of gender equality has arrived. But far from many other
perspectives, this still is not true. The government of Kenya has made great efforts
to address the plight of girl child in Kenya. Through the implementation of the new
Kenyan Constitution in 2010, new legal platforms were created to fight the barriers
women face in social, political, civil and economic rights. In spite of the great efforts

IYSV was first reported on leek seed crops in 2006 in the Willamette Valley (36).
This virus is known to infect other Allium spp., including onion and garlic (36). It
has been reported that IYSV is transmitted by the onion thrips (Thrips tabaci) but
has not been shown to be transmitted by other thrips species (20). The results from
our study revealed that viral symptoms appeared in the biologically inoculated
plants (using Thrips tabaci) 10 days post inoculation. The inoculated leek plants
showed spindle shaped, straw colored, irregular lesions with occasional green
islands. The severity of the symptoms increased with the incubation time (data not
shown). On the other hand, after mechanical inoculation, no symptoms were
observed on the inoculated plants. Widana Gamage (48) worked on IYSV on leek
(Allium porrum) in Sri Lanka and reported that straw colored spots (2 mm to 3 mm
in diameter), surrounded by a greenish halo and a necrotic area were observed on

High white walls of a narrow passageway, lit with familiar florescent lights. A faint
humming and hushed mechanical clanking lure in curiosity. Rounding the corner,
azure hued jello placed upon silver platters welcome all gazes into a transparent non
lucid presentation of the somewhat familiar. The confections rest on pedestals, are
quaint and inviting while surrounded by glimpses of other worlds.
Large bubbles float on the open white walls providing windows into tropical
landscapes made distant and mystical behind the film reflecting the texture of those
gelatin cakes on platters. Details are evident but lost among the thick, misty layers
of resin. The viewer sees the intricacy of it all but the artist withholds the clarity of a
simple, familiar scene. The worlds are submerged under they own sea in a preserved
moment.

It plays with the ideas of Sehnsucht, the human longing for something unknown, but
familiar that can be claimed as home. The jello on platters presents the familiar, but
then is juxtaposed with the alien forms holding other worlds. There are these places
that wanted to be obtainable and entered into. The image is murky and mysterious. It
is unobtainable and leaves the wonder and desire. Though it will never satisfy it. The
audience is left to gaze continue that longing, still unaware of what is truly being
sought after.
The final room, the artist places the viewer into those worlds that were just
previously unobtainable. They are suddenly under water in a state that mirrors the
bubbles of underwater views of tropical lands. When looking for that exotic
landscape it is contained once more within another bubble. This one being an
inflatable balloon, the scene is generic postcard image. It places itself again another
unobtainable space, yet this time, being closer, the image is less complex, mystical

The movie The Insider portrays what one man was willing to give up to provide
the public with beneficial information. Dr. Jeffrey Wigand left his work in
healthcare for a job with a tobacco firm, Brown Williamson, to help develop a safer
cigarette. The safer cigarette was a public image stunt and Wigand was removed
from those efforts to research on cigarette additives. Wigand discovered additives
used to improve flavor caused cancer and took the information to the executives, to
have the additive removed. The executives declined the request and Wigand was fired
from Brown Williamson. Knowing Wigand had the aforementioned knowledge and
other proprietary information, including the addictive nature of nicotine, Wigand was

Wigand identifies the ethical decision needed to be made is whether he should tell
the public what he knows. He determines an optional action is to keep quiet. Wigand
understand that by telling the public will benefit greatly. However, he also
understands by telling he and his family will endure emotional stress over the

Wigand would have broken the confidentiality agreement and in turn would lose
benefits, which is not ideal for anyone, but Wigand s daughter required daily medical

tell he would keep his benefits, the tobacco employees would not be in jeopardy of
