This document serves as an evaluation guide for researchers on knowledge translation and impact assessment, focusing on the connection between research planning and stakeholder engagement. It introduces the co-produced pathway to impact (CPPI) framework which emphasizes stages of research, dissemination, uptake, implementation, and the resultant societal impacts. The guide provides insights into creating and utilizing logic models for effective project management and evaluation, in order to demonstrate societal benefits to stakeholders and funders.
