This dissertation evaluates the degree of synchronization between employee learning capabilities and training activities at ABB Ltd. in Bangalore, India. The study involved collecting primary data through questionnaires from a sample of 32 employees. The findings show that ABB provides a highly conducive environment for training, with management commitment to training and the existence of a dedicated training cell. However, the research also found that while employees are interested in learning, some training sessions could be improved by making them more effective and reducing their duration. The conclusion is that employee learning capabilities generally synchronize well with ABB's training activities, but some aspects of training delivery could be enhanced further.
