This was done partially to attract audiences who expect thrillers to focus on vulnerable female characters. The other main character's gender is ambiguous to mystify viewers. The film is set in a park to make the setting relatable to most people by choosing a location most have visited. The target audience includes teenagers, students, and those who enjoy the thriller genre.

- 2. FEMALE CHARACTERS IN THRILLERS In the silence of the lambs, the female character is being portrayed as weaker than the male. In psycho, the female character is the victim.
- 3. Our main character is a girl and she plays the victim, this is stereotypical as women are seen as weak and vulnerable. We mainly did this for the role as we thought the audience would be drawn to a female character more. Though, we also wanted to have a female being the lead as in thrillers, the protagonist is usually male. The other character in our thrillers gender remains anonymous, the actor was female, but the point was to let the audience question the identity of the other character. OUR THRILER
- 4. The location of our thriller is a park. One of the reasons we chose this are is because it can appeal to most audiences as most people would have been to a park so they would be able to relate to the setting. LOCATION
