Infosys held its yearly user conference Confluence with similar attendance numbers but more influencers and high caliber customer attendees. Infosys wants to establish itself as both a products and services company and introduced its new AI product Nia, which is an expansion of its previous Mana product. However, Nia is still in early stages. Infosys also showcased innovation across its portfolio including updates to Panaya RDX and the new OeCloud.io product.
