Event Summary
- 1. This presentation demonstrates how to search for and select an individual and how to immediately obtain and print a comprehensive summary of the events for the client. Demonstration 3
- 2. Any combination of search criteria can be used. Here we are using surname and first letter of given name . (Click Search) From the initial KinTrak screen you can go straight to the Find Person screen by clicking the tab in the top right corner.
- 3. All of our J Citizens appear. To select our client of interest we highlight the row and click S elect Person T o gain an immediate and comprehensive picture of this individual, you can click the Events List button. All of Jane’s details are now at our finger tips. The menus along the top of the screen enable you to easily navigate to further information.
- 4. This give s a list of all the data entered on this client: demographic details, doctors and referrals, diagnosis, investigations, appointments etc . It also enables you to see which staff member has had involvement with the client. I f you wish to see more detail regarding a particular event, you can highlight a row and click Select Record which will take you to the full screen of the event, giving you all details.
- 5. A second way to obtain a quick picture of the client is to click Print Details on the Person Details screen. This brings up an A4 page Client Summary which lists demographic and diagnosis details and also recent events. This is an ideal summary to take to an appointment.
