- Founded in 2009, LC FTU Hanoi has grown to become one of the largest local chapters in AIESEC Vietnam with a focus on sustainable growth and leadership development. - From 2012-2013 to 2013-2014, the chapter increased its number of exchanges and saw growth rates of over 50% across all programs. Customer experience and satisfaction rates were also high. - The chapter actively engages external partners, develops its members' leadership skills, collaborates with other local chapters, and maintains over 14 months of financial reserves to ensure sustainability.

- 2. Founded on 2009, LC FTU Hanoi has grown so fast that becomes one of the biggest Local Chapters in AIESEC Vietnam. We are proud of our legacy we leave for the next generations: sustainable growth and healthy leadership development. Our vision would not change as we aim to be the most sustainably growing LC in AIESEC in Vietnam. - 12. Customer Experience Management – Endorsement from EP/Interns I really love to inspiring talks that AIESEC FTU HANOI held for us. Returnees shared with us a lot of interesting stories about their internship. And the song they showed at the talk "I was here" is one of the main factors that gave me the determination to go X- change. Dang Huong Ly– oGCDP to Thailand A group of 5 people came to pick me up at the airport at 7 a.m, which means they had to depart so early. I heard that 2 of them stayed at a hotel near the airport, and the others stayed at one`s house, so they could arrive airport on time to pick me up. I was so touched when i saw them in the early morning, I didnt expect that they could come so early.
