PREFACE
This report documents the work done during the summer internship at
Expedite Solutions Private Limited, Ahmedabad on the topic of „Expectation
of Education sector from IT sector‟. The report first shall give an overview of
the topic and later details about the current status of IT in education sector.
Then the results obtained shall be discussed and analyzed.
Report shall also elaborate on the future works which can be persuaded as an
advancement of the current work.
I have tried my best to keep report simple yet technically correct. I hope I
succeed in my attempt.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The key contribution of IT to education is that it can allow the student‟s interests, needs,
strengths, and weaknesses to drive the learning process, with the instructor facilitating rather
than dictating. The future of India will be fashioned in her classrooms. While India has made
great strides in improving her education system, much still remains to be done. The goal of
this report is to outline how information technology (IT) can help create an education system
that is based on principles of helping teachers be effective in what they do; improving the
quality and relevance of classroom instruction; and making quantitable and measurable
progress towards improving efficiency.
This is a Descriptive research through which we can come to know the areas in which schools
require the use of technology i.e. I.T. and which all activities where I.T. can be implemented
in order to increase efficiency, accuracy and make work simpler for teachers as well as admin
staff.
For this a questionnaire was made followed by visiting a number of schools of Vadodara,
Ahmedabad and Mehsana. The data was collected and analyzed.

Chapter 1
Introduction

1.1 Information Technology (I.T.) Industry
Information technology (IT) is the application of computers and telecommunications
equipment to store, retrieve, transmit and manipulate data, often in the context of a business
or other enterprise.
The term is commonly used as a synonym for computers and computer networks, but it also
encompasses other information distribution technologies such as television and telephones.
Several industries are associated with information technology, including
computerhardware, software, electronics, semiconductors, internet, telecom equipment, e-
commerce and computer services.
Humans have been storing, retrieving, manipulating and communicating information since
the Sumerians in Mesopotamia developed writing in about 3000 BC but the term information
technology in its modern sense first appeared in a 1958 article published in the Harvard
Business Review; authors Harold J. Leavitt and Thomas L. Whistler commented that "the
new technology does not yet have a single established name. We shall call it information
technology (IT)." Their definition consists of three categories: techniques for processing, the
application of statistical and mathematical methods to decision-making, and the simulation of
higher-order thinking through computer programs.
Based on the storage and processing technologies employed, it is possible to distinguish four
distinct phases of IT development: pre-mechanical (3000 BC – 1450 AD), mechanical (1450–
1840), electromechanical (1840–1940) and electronic (1940–present)This article focuses on
the most recent period (electronic), which began in about 1940.
History of Information Technology
Devices have been used to aid computation for thousands of years, probably initially in the
form of a tally stick The Antikythera mechanism dating from about the beginning of the first
century BC, is generally considered to be the earliest known mechanical analog computer and
the earliest known geared mechanism.
Comparable geared devices did not emerge in Europe until the 16th century and it was not
until 1645 that the first mechanical calculator capable of performing the four basic
arithmetical operations was developed

Use of Information Technology in various fields
IT has brought in several technological developments in every field. It has accelerated
the business of several business organizations all over the world. helped several businesses
realize organizational goals and automate processes by following the principles of usability,
efficiency, customer related and a clear communication.
Internet being the simplest form of IT has a major role to play in our daily lives. IT has
become the backbone of every organization as well as household.
1. IT has entered almost all industry verticals. For instance, railways, airways and sea
networks are connected with the help of IT, as information plays a vital role in the smooth
functioning in these sectors and lack of it even for a second can create havoc.
2. Banking is another sector that depends a lot on IT. From carrying out important transaction
to storage of confidential data, IT has made several complicated and time consuming work a
lot simpler and faster with considerable amount of safety. In fact, e-commerce has made
online banking as well as online purchasing and selling of commodities and services much
easier and faster adding to the convenience of the common man. By simply searching on the
internet one can order anything with just a click of the mouse button.
3. Similarly, the travel and tourism sector all over the world has benefitted a lot from the
development of IT industry. One can avoid the crowd and lengthy procedures of booking air
or railway tickets. One can choose from the best deals and book tickets online from the
comfort of their living room.
4. IT plays a major role in simplifying various organizational processes. Most business
enterprises rely on the power of information technology for carrying out their daily tasks
conveniently and faster. IT makes complex procedures easier, faster and also helps a lot in
avoiding redundancy. It lets individuals access necessary data, ensuring the safety of
confidential ones.
5. The field of education has also been blessed with the benefits of IT. Online application to
universities, checking results, study materials and much more has made the reach of
education broader and easier.

1.2. Education in India
The School System in India
According to the 2009 Right to Education Act, schooling is free and compulsory for all
children from the ages of 6 to 14. However, improvements are slow being implemented and
disadvantaged groups may still not have adequate access to education. A high value is placed
on education, as it ensures a stable future. All parents want their children to attend the best
private English schools, but places are limited. The admission process is therefore highly
competitive. Most Indian schools have a strong focus on academic subjects, with little scope
for creativity and few or no extra-curricular activities. Traditional schooling methods tend to
emphasize rote learning and memorization, rather than encouraging independent or creative
thinking. There is a strong focus on examinations from an early age. This makes the
atmosphere at Indian schools competitive.
Many expats prefer to send their children to international schools. Others choose a more
progressive Indian school that is less traditional in its teaching style.
The Education System
The Indian education system is structured as follows:
 Pre-school: Education at this level is not compulsory. The Montessori system is
especially popular at the pre-school level
 Private playschools: Catering for children between the ages of 18 months and three
 Kindergarten: This is divided into lower kindergarten (for three- to four-year-olds)
and upper kindergarten (for four- to five-year-olds)
 Primary school: First to fifth standard/class/grade (for six- to ten-year-olds)
 Middle school: Fifth to eighth standard/class/grade (for 11- to 14-year-olds)
 Secondary school: Ninth and tenth standard/class/grade (for 14- to 16-year-olds)
 Higher secondary or pre-university: 11th and 12th standard/class/grade (for 16- to
17-year-olds). This is when students choose an academic area on which to focus
 Undergraduate: A BA is a three-year degree. Specialized courses such as medicine
and engineering can be longer
 Postgraduate: A one-year course

Types of Schools
 Public/government schools: Most schools in India are funded and run by the
government. However, the public education system faces serious challenges including
a lack of adequate infrastructure, insufficient funding, a shortage of staff and scarce
facilities
 Private schools: Since many government schools do not provide adequate education,
Indian parents aspire to send their children to a private school. Some expats choose to
send their children to private Indian schools
 International schools: There are international schools in all major cities. They are
attended by expat and Indian children
 National open schools: Provide education up to the higher secondary level for
children whose schooling has been interrupted and have been unable to complete
formal education
 Special-needs schools: Provide non-formal education and vocational training to
children with disabilities

Education is a lifelong process therefore anytime anywhere access to it is the need

In the era of technology. IT aids plenty of resources to enhance the teaching skills and
learning ability. With the help of IT now it is easy to provide audio visual education. The
learning resources are being widens and widen. Now with this vivid and vast technique as
part of the IT curriculum, learners are encouraged to regard computers as tools to be used in
all aspects of their studies.
Immediacy to information
IT has provided immediacy to education. Now in the year of computers and web networks the
pace of imparting knowledge is very fast and one can be educated anywhere at any time. New
IT has often been introduced into well-established patterns of working and living without
radically altering them.
Any time learning

and one can be educated .One can study whenever he wills irrespective of whether it is day or
night and irrespective of being in India or in US because of the boom in IT.
Collaborative learning
Now IT has made it easy to study as well as teach in groups or in clusters. With online we
can be unite together to do the desired task. Efficient postal systems, the telephone (fixed and
mobile), and various recording and playback systems based on computer technology all have
a part to play in educational broadcasting in the new millennium.

Multimedia approach to education
Audio-Visual Education, planning, preparation, and use of devices and materials that involve
sight, sound, or both, for educational purposes. Among the devices used are still and motion
pictures, filmstrips, television, transparencies, audiotapes, records, teaching machines,
computers, and videodiscs.
Authentic and up to date information
The information and data which are available on the net is purely correct and up to date.
Internet, a collection of computer networks that operate to common standards and enable the
computers and the programs they run to communicate directly provides true and correct
information.
Online library
Internets support thousands of different kinds of operational and experimental services one of
which is online library. We can get plenty of data on this online library.
As part of the IT curriculum, learners are encouraged to regard computers as tools to be used
in all aspects of their studies. In particular, they need to make use of the new multimedia
technologies to communicate ideas, describe projects, and order information in their work.
Distance learning
Distance Learning, method of learning at a distance rather than in a classroom. Late 20th-
century communications technologies, in their most recent phases multimedia and interactive,
open up new possibilities, both individual and institutional, for an unprecedented expansion
of home-based learning, much of it part-time.
Better accesses to children with disabilities
Information technology has brought drastic changes in the life of disabled children. IT
provides various software and technique to educate these poor peoples. Unless provided early
with special training, people profoundly deaf from birth are incapable of learning to speak.
Deafness from birth causes severe sensory deprivation, which can seriously affect a person's
intellectual capacity or ability to learn. A child who sustains a hearing loss early in life may
lack the language stimulation experienced by children who can hear.

3.1 Paperless Schools
According to Ryan Francis in his article “Paperless School of the future is here now” for
Education world he stated that: Computer networks and Internet resources are helping
teachers cut down on paper use. Teachers can keep grades and attendance online and use
texts that are available at no cost. How are these experiments going? Is the "paperless
classroom" just around the corner?
MORE MONEY SAVING OPTIONS
Sorrell figures that, on average, she used to pass out two sheets of paper per day, per student.
That would equate to about 900 pieces of paper each week. The handhelds have also helped
cut copy machine costs and saved time that she used to spend waiting to use the copier.
"Think about the money schools could save," Sorrell said.
In addition, PDAs indirectly opened the World Wide Web to Sorrell's students. She has
downloaded books and plays, including Romeo and Juliet, from the Internet Public Library.
So besides the obvious savings in paper, this project has also allowed the school district to
save on the purchase of books. The success last year of the PDA program with her eighth-
grade class motivated Sorrell to search for ways to bring PDAs into her seventh-grade class.
It wasn't an easy task. Despite her success, Sorrell continues to worry about the future. What
will happen when these students move onto ninth grade, where they will have to be
reacquainted with paper and a pencil? "Kids have come down [from high school] and said to
me, 'I miss my PDA,'" she said. Another concern is repairing and replacing the PDAs. The
Eminence school district does not have a technology plan for supplementing or replacing the
handhelds Sorrell's students now use. "My goal is to get something started in either fifth and
sixth grade or in the high school ...but I worry. In this district, we don't have a lot of money.
All these devices are great, but they break," she said. "I really get nervous [about the future].
We don't have the means to continue [the program]."
PAPER WASTE NO MORE
Ed Sherretta, department chairman of the business and computer science department
at Hatboro-Horsham (Pennsylvania) High School, has led the effort there to create a paperless
school. "It's easy to find something on the Web and hit the print button," said Sherretta.

The effort to go paperless is designed to raise awareness, he said. School officials estimated
that each of the 20 classes at Hatboro-Horsham used nearly 500 sheets of paper a week. The
idea of a paperless school was first entertained at a tree-planting ceremony on the school
grounds. Online attendance could be available in the future also, Sherretta said. He
acknowledges, however, that security needs to be tighter for something like grades to be
available over the public Internet.
AN ONGOING PROCESS
"The school district's goal to move to a paperless environment is an ongoing process that
requires constant evaluation and new initiatives," he said. "Although in today's world, some
processes are more efficiently completed using paper, the school district recognizes that
rapidly advancing technology will result in more and more practical applications of paperless
processes." Sherretta is looking into acquiring handhelds for every student in the business
department. In a high school with 1,400 students, the district is continually looking to
improve the three-to-one student-to-computer ratio at the high school, he said.
ONLINE EXAMS
At Robertsville Middle School in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, eighth-grade physical science
teacher Rodney King uses exam software called Examview. With this software, King's
students take their tests on one of the 14 donated computers that are networked throughout
the science lab. King records the grades on the network and then transfers them to his
electronic grade book. That allows King to send electronic progress reports to parents with "a
couple of clicks of the mouse."
He also keeps his students' assignments on a Web page, enabling students to pull a copy of
the lab directions onto their computers. Distance learning has enabled some Robertsville
students to learn from home. "I think it would be great [to take paper totally out of schools],"
said King said. In the first nine weeks of the current school year, King said, he used fewer
than 500 sheets of paper!

to cut costs, schools are using parent notification systems to reduce or eliminate paper
handouts, reminders, report cards, flyers, or bulletins without jeopardizing communication.
Once thought of for only school cancellations and emergencies, parent notification systems
are now a source of substantial savings. Here are three ideas from a few schools that have
seen measurable savings by using School Reach
Decision to Go Paperless Saves School Thousands
St. Monica School in Mercer Island, Washington decided to go paperless with the help of
School Reach and saw immediate results. The school sent School Reach notifications in place
of mailed and student-delivered items. The result: printing and paper expense went from over
$1,200.00 to just $200.00 in one quarter! The notification system had swiftly paid for itself,
and the school was saving money and time. The school now uses School Reach to send out
handbooks, information updates, and even the school directory. St. Monica's School Reach
e-mails and messages have been well received.
Parents Pay More Attention to Voice Notifications
Michael Butchko, Principal at Hillside Academy in New Jersey, used the School Reach
system to remind parents about outstanding tuition payments. By the next month, overdue
tuition amounts were reduced by $19,000 with no added mail or postage cost.
Paperless Notification Increases Fundraising Success
Schools are now beginning to use notification systems to enhance development and increase
fundraising. Bishop Feehan Catholic School in Massachusetts used SchoolReach to send out
a message that its annual toy drive was short of its goal. Within a few days of the message
being sent out, the donations swelled from 500 to 4,000 toys.

3.3 Reasons for bringing technology into schools
This article was taken from a Case Study from Educational Reform studies
Support Thinking Processes
Many teachers at case study schools cited a belief that computer-based technologies could
provide support for thinking processes.
Many respondents stressed opportunities that technology provides for acquiring problem-
solving skills - either through instructional software designed to teach problem solving
(including open-ended exploratory software such as LOGO) or through the many
requirements for solving problems that naturally emerge when one is trying to use computer
tools to accomplish a task. Some described supports that technology can provide for
acquiring complex concepts, for example by graphically representing abstract concepts such
as acceleration, or by providing scaffolding for thinking, such as the cognitive prompts
embedded in CSILE (Computer-Supported Intentional Learning Environments).
Stimulate Motivation and Self-Esteem
A second frequently cited rationale for introducing technology was to stimulate motivation
and self-esteem. Through either personal experience or a review of the literature, many
innovators perceived the dramatic effects that technology can have on students' interest in
class activities and their sense of their own capabilities.
While these benefits are perceived as occurring across the board, our case study sites, most of
whom serve student bodies coming predominantly from low-SES homes, felt that these
benefits would be particularly important for their students. Thus, a related reason for using
technology was the promotion of equity.
Promote Equity
In the case of ShareNet, the districts recognized the wide disparity in the resources available
to them and felt that a unifying network could promote a more equitable use of those
resources.
In the case of several schools serving students from low-income homes, technology
innovators stressed the importance of giving these students the technology tools that would
equip them to compete with children coming from more affluent homes where technology is
commonplace.

Prepare Students for the Future
The concern for equity is related to a fourth major motivation for introducing technology--to
prepare students for the future. Respondents at a number of sites foresaw a future in which
both higher education and the world of work would be infused with technology. These
educators argue that schools have a responsibility to give students--and especially students
from low-income homes--the confidence and skills in using such technology that they will
need after graduation.
Support Changes in School Structure
Researchers have argued that technology has the potential to dramatically change the way in
which our schools are structured--providing pressure to do away with the division of
instructional time into small blocks and discrete disciplines and to rethink the way we use
physical classrooms and teaching resources (Collins, 1990; Newman, 1990).
A number of our sites reported consciously deciding to use technology in order to support
changes in school structure. Several district administrators expected technology to free up
teacher time by taking over or supporting administrative and routine teaching tasks.
Explore Technology Capabilities
Finally, in several cases, there were individuals who were simply intrigued by new
technologies and wanted to explore what they could do. Not surprisingly, the desire to
explore technology capabilities was most likely to be a factor in cases where there was an
external partner involved in the design, manufacture, or selling of technology products.
Although we felt that technology push was one motivation for some implementations, in no
case was it the sole motivation.

4.2 Usefulness of IT in Schools
Technology is an increasingly important aspect of modern school life and has dramatically
changed the way teachers and students go about their daily activities.
Computer technology
For children
For children, computer technology has provided an indescribable wealth of resources,
information and knowledge; since the introduction of the internet, students are now able to
access information on whatever subject they want, wherever they want. Resources include
journals, articles, e-books, practice tests and examinations, model answers and research
findings. Research has also suggested that computer technology has helped students to
improve their grades in other subjects, most notably science. Practically, students can work
much faster using a computer which enables them to do more study in the same period of
time.
For staff
Computer technology has enabled teachers to make their lessons more interactive and
therefore more interesting and rewarding; this method has also been shown to improve pupil
performance as lessons are more memorable and therefore students are able to retain
information more effectively. Teachers, like students, can also find a whole host of resources
on the internet which can provide inspiration and advice for classes; teachers are also able to
recommend good resources to student to further encourage and stimulate their learning.
Practical improvements
Computer technology has enabled systems of obtaining and recording information much
more efficient and effective; computer records are much harder to misplace than realms of

Many teachers at case study schools cited a belief that computer-based technologies could
provide support for thinking processes.
Many respondents stressed opportunities that technology provides for acquiring problem-
solving skills - either through instructional software designed to teach problem solving
(including open-ended exploratory software such as LOGO) or through the many
requirements for solving problems that naturally emerge when one is trying to use computer
tools to accomplish a task.
Some described supports that technology can provide for acquiring complex concepts, for
example by graphically representing abstract concepts such as acceleration, or by providing

scaffolding for thinking, such as the cognitive prompts embedded in CSILE (Computer-
Supported Intentional Learning Environments).
Stimulate Motivation and Self-Esteem
A second frequently cited rationale for introducing technology was to stimulate motivation
and self-esteem. Through either personal experience or a review of the literature, many
innovators perceived the dramatic effects that technology can have on students' interest in
class activities and their sense of their own capabilities.
While these benefits are perceived as occurring across the board, our case study sites, most of
whom serve student bodies coming predominantly from low-SES homes, felt that these
benefits would be particularly important for their students. Thus, a related reason for using
technology was the promotion of equity.
Promote Equity
In the case of ShareNet, the districts recognized the wide disparity in the resources available
to them and felt that a unifying network could promote a more equitable use of those
resources.
In the case of several schools serving students from low-income homes, technology
innovators stressed the importance of giving these students the technology tools that would
equip them to compete with children coming from more affluent homes where technology is
commonplace.
Prepare Students for the Future
The concern for equity is related to a fourth major motivation for introducing technology--to
prepare students for the future. Respondents at a number of sites foresaw a future in which
both higher education and the world of work would be infused with technology. These
educators argue that schools have a responsibility to give students--and especially students
from low-income homes--the confidence and skills in using such technology that they will
need after graduation.
Support Changes in School Structure
Researchers have argued that technology has the potential to dramatically change the way in
which our schools are structured--providing pressure to do away with the division of
instructional time into small blocks and discrete disciplines and to rethink the way we use
physical classrooms and teaching resources Collins, 1990; Newman, 1990. A number of our
sites reported consciously deciding to use technology in order to support changes in school
structure. Several district administrators expected technology to free up teacher time by
taking over or supporting administrative and routine teaching tasks.

The administrators setting up Share Net expected it to lower boundaries between schools,
districts, and even states.
Explore Technology Capabilities
Finally, in several cases, there were individuals who were simply intrigued by new
technologies and wanted to explore what they could do. Not surprisingly, the desire to
explore technology capabilities was most likely to be a factor in cases where there was an
external partner involved in the design, manufacture, or selling of technology products.
Although we felt that technology push was one motivation for some implementations, in no
case was it the sole motivation.

Problems are usually caused out of dissatisfaction or dissatisfaction causes problems and the
solution to all these is just one word –“ Know the expectations and match them”
As my company is into IT software making for schools, my areas of concern were -
 To understand current status of schools regarding use of IT software (using/not)
 Which are the areas where IT can be used in schools
 The reason for its inclination towards I.T.
 To find their future expectations

Methodology

6.1. Title of Research

6.2 Research:-
The systematic investigation into and study of materials and sources in order to establish facts
and reach new conclusions.
6.3. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY:-
The process used to collect data and information for the purpose of making business decision.
The methodology may include publication research, interview, surveys and other research
techniques, and could include both present and historical information.
6.4 Research Design
1 Descriptive research: descriptive research includes survey and a fact finding enquires of
different kinds. The major purpose of descriptive research is, description of the state of
affaires as it exits at present. The main characteristic of this method is that researcher has no
control over the variables. The researcher can only report what has happened or what
happening.
2) Explanatory Research: Explanatory research focuses on why questions. For example, it
is one thing to describe the crime rate in a country, to examine trends over time or to compare
the rates in different countries. It is quite a different thing to develop explanations about why
the crime rate is as high as it is, why some types of crime are increasing or why the rate is
higher in some countries than in others.
 This survey is carried out through personal interview of the respondents hence
basically a Descriptive research.
6.5. SAMPLING TECHNIQUES:-

PROBABILITY SAMPLING :-
Simple Random sampling is the purest form of probability sampling. Each member of the
population has an equal and known chance of being selected.
Systematic sampling is often used instead of random sampling. It is also called an Nth name
selection technique. After the required sample size has been calculated, every Nth record is
selected from a list of population members.
Stratified sampling is commonly used probability method that is superior to random
sampling because it reduces sampling error. A stratum is a subset of the population that share
at least one common characteristic. Examples of stratums might be males and females, or
managers and non-managers.
NON-PROBABILITY SAMPLING
Convenience sampling is used in exploratory research where the researcher is interested in
getting an inexpensive approximation of the truth. As the name implies, the sample is
selected because they are convenient.
Judgment sampling is a common nonprobability method. The researcher selects the sample
based on judgment. This is usually an extension of convenience sampling. For example, a
researcher may decide to draw the entire sample from one "representative" city, even though
the population includes all cities.
Quota sampling is the nonprobability equivalent of stratified sampling. Like stratified
sampling, the researcher first identifies the stratums and their proportions as they are
represented in the population.
Snowball sampling is a special nonprobability method used when the desired sample
characteristic is rare. It may be extremely difficult or cost prohibitive to locate respondents in
these situations. Snowball sampling relies on referrals from initial subjects to generate
additional subjects.

 We have used nonprobability sampling method because we have targeted only self
financed and semi financial schools. We have not considered Government funded
schools. In non-probability sampling we have used Convince Sampling.
6.6 Types of Data:
Primary Data:-
When someone refers to "primary data" they are referring to data collected by the researcher
himself/herself. This is data that has never been gathered before, whether in a particular way,
or at a certain period of time.

Secondary Data:-
If the time or hassle of collecting your own data is too much, or the data collection has

6.7 Sources of data
The data collected here is Primary data as it is collected from Schools through interviewing
various trustees and principles by prior permission and authorization.
The data collected is by the means of Questionnaire
6.8 Data Collection Instrument
A detailed questionnaire is used for purpose of survey.
6.9 Sample Size
The questionnaires filled were 50 out of 87 schools visited.
6.10 Sampling Frame
The schools visited were „self financed‟ and „semi financed schools‟ from Kadi, Ahmedabad,
Mehasana and Vadodara by meeting Principal and Trustees of all schools.
6.11 Limitations of study
 All the areas of Gujarat could not be covered hence the data collected is only restricted to
Mehsana, Ahmedabad and Vadodara.
 The sample size was only restricted to 50 respondents.
 Because of a small sample size consisting of Ahmedabad city consumers only it might
turn out that introducing new strategy for financial daily cannot be completely applicable
throughout the country.

Chapter 8
Findings

1) I.T. is present in school in following areas: academics, fees collection, GR, SMS,
Website, Circular management, android, mark sheet and identity card.
2) Out of the following, schools are making the maximum use of software for SMS and
Fees collection and then for GR and website. Also we can find that the least interest is
shown in vehicle tracking system and android application facility which I.T. provides.
3) Also we can find that schools have more inclination of I.T. towards Administrative work
to get error free work with high accuracy and less effort.
4) On the other side schools have shown less inclination of I.T. towards academic
perspective which is meant for better understanding of students.
5) Expectations of schools:

Suggestions

 As Expedite solutions Pvt. Ltd. already providing I.T. solutions for admin work hence it
all ready caters the major part of schools expectations but if it also focus to provide bug
free solutions and simple solutions which are easy to use then it will be of great use for
schools.
 Also if the company tries and add some more features like online homework checking
and timetable management then it will be of great use for the schools.
 Also it can its market share and position by providing user friendly solutions in cheaper
rates.

Chapter 10
Conclusion

 Today is the world of technology. Technology is like an opportunity for those who
want to grow and who want to advance in their respective directions. Technology is of
great use as it reduces human efforts and thereby saves time and money.
 Hence if the solutions are made which are easy to use, bug free and are available in
cheaper rates it will definitely be every school‟s first choice and of great use.
 Also if the schools implement software‟s for academics this will help students learn
faster and can witness the world around them and can learn many new exciting things.
