CONTEnT AUTOTROPHS AND  HETEROTROPHS. BALANCE DIET. CONSTITUENTS OF FOOD AND ITS  SOURCES.
Some living thing make their own food . They are  called Example :  PLANTS……. AUTOTROPHS.. OR  AUTOTROPHIC LIVING THING
Living thing which depend on other living thing for their food are  known as Example:   ANIMALS HETEROTROPHS
There are FIVE substance that  our daily diet consists of  i.e FIVE constituents which is must in our diet. CARBOHYDRATES PROTEINS FATS VITAMINS MINERALS
For good nourishment, it is important that  CARBOHYDRATES , PROTEINS , FATS  as well as MINERALS  and  VITAMINS  are provided in the proper proportion. “ A  diet  which includes all these  Constituents in right proportion is called a  BALANCE DIET ”
CARBOHYDRATES : PROVIDES OUR BODY WITH  ENERGY THAT IS REQUIRE TO DO OUR DAILY WORK .
SOURCES OF CARBOHYDRATES: POTATOES JOWAR BHAKARI
PROTIENS HELPS TO  REPAIR  OUR BODY  WOUNDS AND ARE ALSO REQUIRE FOR  GOOD SKIN  AND  GOOD HAIR.
SOURCES OF PROTIENS: MILK EGGS MEAT
FATS HELPS IN MAINTAINING  BODY  TEMPERATURE . IT PROVIDE  BACKUP ENERGY.
SOURCES OF FATS BUTTER GHEE CHEESE
VITAMINS REQUIRED FOR  PROPER  AND  SMOOTH FUNCTIONING  OF THE  BODY PROCESS.
SOURCES OF VITAMINS TOMATO CARROT CUCUMBER
MINERALS REQUIRED FOR  MAINTAINANCE AND  REPAIR  OF OUR  TISSUES  AND BONES
SOURCES OF MINERALS FRUITS DAIRY PRODUCTS GREEN VEGETABLES
