     same way that you may have felt initially about fad diets?

     thinking about beginning a low-carb, or another fad diet?




  4. Should you ever begin a weight loss program without first consulting
     your doctor?




  5. In your opinion, what is the best way to lose weight or maintain your
     current weight?




  6. On a scale from 1 to 10, with 10 being the best possible rating, how
     would you rate your current diet (what you usually eat)?



  7. What are some ways that you could improve your diet if you feel that
     it needs improvement?
