• How to build upon the lessons learned in past efforts, especially in terms of linking knowledge and action (what
are those lessons)?
• How to make the most of the association with FE (fundraising, convening power, scientific credibility, access to
powerful players, etc.)?
• How to deal with the chicken-and-egg problem of funding sources and proposals/ideas?
• Involvement of stakeholders in co-design – who and how?
• Establishment of advisory board?
• Governance structure and development of bylaws
• How to discharge development team members that are not equitably contributing?
