Training and development is one of human resource function that produce the up to date
employee. Systematic training will provide value for money. However some employers still
don’t want to do training because for the employers training is the waste investment.

menyumbang pekerja yang sentiasa mengikut perkembangan zaman. Latihan yang sistematik
akan menyumbang nilai kewangan. Walaubagaimanapun sesetengah majikan masih enggan
