- Recommendation of HOD

2.6 INCREMENT POLICY AT SAYAJI
- Annual increment is given in the month of April every year.
- Increment percentage varies from 5-15% depending on the performance appraisal rating.
- For top performers, HOD can recommend special increment upto 20%.
