Furthermore, it proposes breaking down a one day seminar into sections including an opening ceremony, sessions, breaks and a closing ceremony. The roles of organizers, chairpersons, speakers, participants and observers are also defined. Finally, it includes a visualization game to test knowledge of important places in Nepal.
