Through what you have, what you do, and who you are, one can find their purpose in life and achieve happiness. Finding purpose through what you have like material possessions is not sustainable as happiness comes from outside rather than within. Defining purpose through your roles can lead to fulfillment but is impossible to fulfill all roles. Ultimately, aligning what you do with who you are leads to deep and lasting fulfillment as happiness comes from inside oneself. Discovering who you are involves reflecting on past experiences, people you like/dislike, childhood interests, and trusting your gut instincts.
