The five-day intensive course covers the creation of designer-inspired cakes such as a Chanel handbag cake on Monday and a chocolate wrap cake on Tuesday and Wednesday, with the latter sometimes continuing into Wednesday to allow for a more relaxed pace. On Wednesday students also work on covering the box portion of a Jimmy Choo shoe cake. Thursday is dedicated to completing the Jimmy Choo shoe cake and making sugar peony flowers. The final day, Friday, focuses on additional sugar flowers like roses along with models like teddy bears depending on available time.
