Duane failed to listen to his team, alienating and demotivating them. Both Tom and Ricky impressed in their pitches by doing research on the companies and using relevant facts. It is important to highlight the unique selling point of your product in all promotional materials and advertisements. Team Phoenix offered too much extra equipment to the gyms that they did not want or need. Maintaining a track record of good, consistent performance can save you from being fired.

Be Good, Be Consistent
What saved Ricky from being fired was his track record Make yourself known for the good things
