Fixed Return Investment - Investors earn a fixed 12% per year, paid quarterly •Passive, assured income earned every quarter •Provides a long-term investment vehicle with no limit on the duration of the investment •Quarterly payments of 3% made at the end of March, June, September and December •Minimum investment period of 12 months •3 month notice period required for capital redemptions •Investments can be made at any time during the year and anytime within a month. The first quarterly payment will be a pro-rata amount for the proportional holding period in that quarter. Thereafter, standard payments will be made each quarter •Investment can be denominated in US Dollars (USD), Pound Sterling (GBP) or Euros (EUR) •Minimum investment amount: USD 100,000 or its equivalent in GBP or EUR •Scalable to manage US$500 million FCA regulated financial services firm based in London, United Kingdom
