This study investigates the use of electrochemical discharge machining (ECDM) for processing honeycomb seal structures, emphasizing the impact of fluid supply methods on flow dynamics and machining efficiency. The research highlights that bilateral fluid supply reduces vortex effects compared to other methods, leading to improvements in processing depth and surface quality. Experimental results reveal that variations in voltage, flow rate, and electrolyte concentration can significantly influence the material removal rates and the quality of the finished components.
