There are three levels of Fonality resellers - Authorized, Certified, and Premium. Authorized resellers generate leads and are compensated for closed sales. Certified resellers complete a sales certification and take the sales lead. Premium resellers complete product and technical training, perform implementations and support, and provide feedback to Fonality.

Fonality Resellers Authorized Reseller: The introductory level of the program, Authorized resellers generate leads from businesses and other organizations that are interested in Fonality’s business communications solution and are compensated for those leads that result in closed sales. Certified Reseller: Benefiting from additional sales tools, Certified resellers are expected to complete a sales certification program in order to take the sales and marketing lead with customers and prospect base. Premium Reseller: The highest level of partnership, Premium resellers are expected to complete an online sales certification training program for both product and technical installation training. This tier of resellers often perform customer on-boarding and product implementations with new customers, in addition are also expected to provide level-one technical support.
