This document outlines the foundational principles of an organization's facilitator training:
1) It is Bible-based - they view the Bible as fully inspired and trustworthy, and theology must be based on Scripture. Facilitators engage students in theological discussions grounded in confidence in the Bible.
2) It is Christ-centered - their theology focuses on Jesus Christ as the full revelation of God, and their teaching uses a "Christocentric model and principle" to interpret all topics through what Jesus said and did.
3) It is Spirit-led - authentic theology depends on the Holy Spirit to reveal truth and guide understanding of Scripture. They aim to teach and model dependence on the Holy Spirit in theological dialogue
