This document outlines four dimensions for evaluating multimedia: content, aesthetics, functionality, and usability. Content refers to the message and purpose of the material, aimed at a specific audience. Aesthetics considers how the material looks and sounds in terms of sensory appeal and style. Functionality refers to the capabilities and features of the material and what users can see, hear, and do. Usability considers how easy the material is to use in terms of navigation, feedback, accessibility, and consistency.
