- 1. Four Tet-Competition’s Terms and Conditions 1. This competition (“Competition”) is organized by Blogmusik SAS (“Deezer”) and is open to residents of Singapore who are Deezerusers. Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of Deezer, companies associated with the Competition and all affiliates of such companies may not enter this Competition. 2. Entrant will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Competition. 3. Deezer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 4. In order to be an eligible entry for the Competition, the entrant needs to log in or register to its Deezer account, then go to the Four TetContest Pageaccessible at the URL:http://www.deezer.com/en/contest/four-tet-3305, and properly fill in the entry form dedicated to the Competition. In order for the entry to be considered as complete, entrants must provide the following information: full name, mobile number, email address, and city. 5. Maximum of one entry per person. 6. Starting Date: October 24th201312PMGMT+8. 7. Closing Date:October 30th, 2013,5.00 PM GMT+8. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted. Proof of submission of an entry will not constitute proof of delivery and no responsibility will be accepted for lost, corrupted, delayed or mislaid entries. 8. Deezer does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of an entry. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Incomplete entries, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, will be disqualified and will not be counted. 9. Two (2)persons that havemade a complete, correct and eligible entry, received before the Closing Date, will be drawn at random and shall be designated as the winners of the Competition.He will receive one pair (2) of ticketsto the Four Tet concert in Singapore, on November 28th 2013. 10. Deezer will notify the winners by email, to be sent respectively at the email address registered by the entrants in the Competition entry form, on November 30th,2013.Each winner has to confirm receiptof the message within 24 hours of it beingsent. 11. Prizes. a) 2 pairs of concert ticketstoFour Tet Live at Zouk. b) There is no cash alternative to the Prizes (or any part of them). c) The Prizes (or any part of them) are non-refundable and non-transferable. The winners and their guest are responsible for all expenses associated with the collection and use of the Prizes, including but not limited to any travel, accommodation and meal and drink costs.

If any of the winners is not able, for any reason, to accept the Prize, or cannot be contacted by direct message or does not confirm receipt of Deezer’smessagementioned in Section 10. of the present Terms & Conditions within 24 hours of it being sent, Deezer reserves the right to award the Prizeto another eligible entrant. 13. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law, Deezer and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from: a) Any postponement or cancellation of the Competition, and b) Any changes to, supply of (including, without limitation, prizes which do not reach the intended recipient), or use of the Prize, and c) Any act or default of any third party supplier, which are beyond Deezer’s reasonable control. 14. Winners agree to allow Deezer to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without any remuneration. 15. Apart from the above use of winners’ names, Deezer will use each winner’s, and each entrant’s, personal details for the purpose of administering this Competition. If the entrant has opted in, Deezer and its business partners may use the details he gives in the entry form to contact the entrant for marketing purposes by phone, post, email and/or SMS. 17. This Competition, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of France. The entrant irrevocably agrees that the courts of France shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Competition.
