Vision:
To build a strong network of educational leaders to facilitate projects within our cluster,
build capacity among our teachers and lead our cluster beyond 2011.

“Facilitation Together”
This is based on the principle that ʻnone of
us is as smart as all of usʼ (Ken Robinson).
For this reason you will facilitate in groups
and arrange your own ways of
communicating and sharing your learning,
understanding and building your project to
support the learning of the rest of us.
“Lead Learner”
This is based on the principle of ʻhe who
dares to teach, must never cease to
learnʼ (Richard Henry Dann). This means
that you are expected to be a lead learner
and model the growth in learning that we are
expecting from our teachers.
Your learning in this time is facilitated largely
by you, through your learning conversations.
“Principal Involvement”
This is based on the interdependent principle
that we all rely on each other for the success
of our endeavours. As such, you can work
with a principal in our cluster to support your
collaborative learning or point you in the
direction of the literature or people who have
rich understanding in this field. The principal
is the one who can support your developing
pedagogies.
