Practice Direction 14A – Who Receives a Copy of the Application Form for Orders in Proceedings This Practice Direction supplements FPR Part 14, rule 14.6(1)(b)(ii) Persons who receive copy of application form 1 In relation to each type of proceedings in column 1 of the following table, column 2 sets out which persons are to receive a copy of the application form: Proceeding for Who Receives a Copy of the Application Form An adoption order Any appointed children’s guardian, children and family reporter (section 46 of the Act); and reporting officer; or the local authority to whom notice under section 44 (notice of a section 84 order intention to apply to adopt or apply for a section 84 order) has been given; the adoption agency which placed the child for adoption with the applicants; any other person directed by the court to receive a copy.
