As a professional trainer for over 20 years, I created training documentation and scheduled
training for internal resources on new products and services and software applications. As a
trainer in Scouts Canada I was responsible to recruit and train new leaders.
As an Internal Auditor at Bell Aliant, I conducted yearly audits on Accounts Receivable,
Payroll and Benefits. As a Process Architect, I helped map out the processes across the 4
Atlantic Canada Telephone companies before Aliant was created.
As a Team Lead I would conduct meetings with individual employees to explain or review
their pay and benefits
My relevant qualifications include a Masters Certificate in Business Analysis from York
University. Also of note is my most recent position as Senior Cost Analyst at AECL. In this
role, I was responsible for managing the project budget for the Point Lepreau Project and
Project Risk Manager. And during my tenure, I was able to merge the information from two
independent systems when SNC Lavalin purchased AECL.
In my last position at Bell Aliant, I worked directly with the company CIO managing a
portfolio of 85 projects, which consisted of New Products and Services, System Upgrades and
productivity improvements. To keep everyone on the Executive informed on project and
resource status. I lead a team that created Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reports and
forecast.
Outside of my work career, I have been involved in Scouting for over 20 years and the Bell
Aliant Pioneers. I am proficient with computers and also possess good facilitation,

Analyst, Senior Cost Analyst (AECL/Candu), Program Manager (JANB), Integrated Resource Planner,
