AFTER, AS SOON AS, BEFORE, BY THE TIME,
IF, ONCE, WHEN, WHILE, UNTIL …
With words like AFTER, AS SOON AS, BEFORE, BY THE
TIME, IF, ONCE, WHEN, WHILE, UNTIL, etc., we often
use present tense forms to talk about the future.
We do not use the future tense (will).
Examples :
He wants to retire when he is 60 years old.
He wants to retire when he will be 60 years old.
The party will be over by the time I get home.
The party will be over by the time I will get home.
Future
As soon as I get there , I will call you.
As soon as I will get there, I will call you.
