1. It takes a long time, sometimes, to log in or get connected. Also disconnections, while the Internet is on, are
frequent.
2. It takes a long time to change from one web-site to another.
3. Hackers frequently break into Internet connections and obtain information which is supposed to be secret or
confidential.
4. It takes a lot of training and practice to be able to access the Internet without wasting time or money in
making wrong contacts.
5. Surfing the net could become addictive.
6. Viruses could infect the Internet.
7. Children, if unsupervised, could watch pornography.
8. Copyrights are frequently infringed and plagiarism takes place.

utilize Moodle, then this becomes a disadvantage for him and also for the
instructor.
● Some people, more specifically adult learners, are resistant and hesitant to
using any form of technology for learning. Even though Moodle allows for a
great place to organize and store learning content, they are very resistant to
utilize technology for learning and they will not use it. If Moodle is used for
online and distance learning, these people are not be keen on taking the
course unless it is required. Such people prefer a face-to-face interaction and
instruction which Moodle does not provide.
