Store POS & 2. mobile POS Application • Store POS: All the normal peripherals • Mobile POS Application: iPOD, iOS, Android JAVA LEAD • Lead and manage a team of 10+ developers • Act as a single point of contact for all technical queries from customer and provide solutions • Analyze business requirements, scope and convert to technical solutions • Ability to design solutions independently • Identify risks and plan mitigation • Task allocation, tracking and supporting team members • Maintain status and reports • Provide training to the team – upskill, reskill and cross skill as needed • Mentor and bring on junior members of the team • Liaise with key senior IT and business staff including, IT Management, Enterprise Architects and QA functions • Champion best practices within the team, including TDD, code reviews and pair programming • Take ownership of the Integration platform as a thought leader • Experience in Mobile Domain SKILL SET • 7+ years solid technical experience across the full Java stack, including JAX-WS, CXF, SOAP, REST, HTTPS, TLS, Spring, Hibernate, JDBC, JSP, JMS, React JS, Node JS, MongoDB or NOSQL, SQL • Experience of an Enterprise Service Business and associated platforms, e.g. Mule ESB, Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, ActiveMQ • Familiarity with Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server • Web services development a distinct advantage • Working knowledge of tool, such as, Jenkins, Subversion, Maven, Ant, Nexus, Cobertura, Eclipse and IntelliJ

Using your skills and experience as a BI Report Developer, you will then use those requirements to design, develop, test and implement reports and dashboards that utilize the underlying data store(s)/ data warehouse(s) / data mart(s). • Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements • Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources • Participate with other specialist to convert legacy reports (e.g. Business Objects) to Cognos BI solutions • Transition developed reports and dashboards to the Operations & Support team • Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for both external and internal users • Ensure proper configuration management and change controls are implemented for your sphere of influence • Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members • Provide training and assistance to users for generation of adhoc reports • Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes • Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision
- 3. _G10X Job Description PROPRIETARY & CONFIDENTIAL © _G10X PTE LTD (2019) Page 4 of 5 SKILL SET • 7+ years of experience developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards, including: o Working with users in a requirements analysis role o Extensive experience with data warehouse implementations o Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts (relational and dimensional) o Proficiency with Cognos BI product suite (Report Studio, Analysis Studio, Query Studio, etc.) o Performance tuning experience related to reporting queries required o Understanding of data integration issues (validation and cleaning), familiarity with complex data and structures o Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support o working in project environments that includes internal, external and customer teams o Requires strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities o Programming / scripting experience and knowledge of software development life cycle is preferred o Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities o Requires leadership qualities to mentor junior members of the team EDUCATION REQUIRED • BE/B.Tech/MCA/BCA/ MSc/ or related field is preferable. Equivalent combination of experience, education and training will be considered • Certifications Desired: • BI certifications desirable, preferably related to Cognos TALEND ETL DEVELOPER • Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Ability to build jobs using Talend Open Studio and optimize the solution based on the business needs. • Must Have Skills: Talend ETL, SQL • Accountable for Data Integration solution, design and implementation • Gathering requirements work with DI architect to gain business consensus to establish standards guidelines performing vendor, product evaluations, design ETL, solution, finalize DB design along with Data Modeler, review design deliverables, deployment plan, deliver solution using Agile n Waterfall methods • Strong database skills mainly targeted at building SQL queries with complex joins, good at designing schemas • Exp with object oriented object function scripting languages, Python, Java, C plus Scala SKILL SET: • Should be able to independently develop and design ETL solution • Good to have experience in providing Data Quality solution using any of the Data Quality tools like Informatica DQ or Talend DQ • Professional Attributes: o 6+years Relevant experience o Good communication skills o Exposure to retail domain (Mandatory) and understanding of POS systems is nice to have but not mandatory
