This study investigates the impact of different scenarios on traffic air pollution, fuel consumption, and vehicle operating costs at an uncontrolled intersection in Sana'a, Yemen. Three scenarios were analyzed for the year 2022: doing nothing, signalizing the intersection, and constructing a flyover, with the latter found to significantly reduce pollution and costs compared to the base year 2012. Results indicate that the 'do nothing' approach will lead to a substantial increase in emissions and costs, while the flyover scenario offers the most benefits.
