- 2. Reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework If you’re receiving Ntdll.dll error you need not to download Microsoft .NET Framework from here. For Windows 8.1/ 8 and Earlier Versions: Insert the installation disc of Hallmark 2008. Double click My Computer desktop icon, open your DVD ROM Drive. Open the following directory: X:HallmarkProgram FilesCreative HomeHallmark Card Studio (x: represents your DVD ROM Drive letter) Right click “DotNetFX3.exe” file, select Run as administrator. Click the Advanced tab. Under “Accelerated graphics” category, check-up the box named “Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering”. Click Apply | OK.

- 11. Unblock Mathematica from DEP Security Feature Mathematica software might be blocked by Data Execution Prevention (DEP). Configure DEP settings to unblock the application. For Windows 8.1/ 8: Press Windows Key + R. Type the following command: sysdm.cpl Click OK. In the new dialog click Advanced tab. Click Settings button under Performance. Click Data Execution Prevention tab. Select “Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select”. Click Add button. - 13. Delete Incompatible Acrobat Plug- Ins Adobe Acrobat runs with couple of plug-ins. Some recently installed plug-ins might have compatibility issues. Run Acrobat without loading plug-ins and if it works fine you’ll need to remove the plug-ins. For Windows 8.1/ 8 and Earlier Versions: While opening Adobe Acrobat press and hold the Shift key of your keyboard. Adobe Acrobat will load without loading its plug-ins.
