In 2015, Coca-Cola launched Fairlife, a joint venture with Select Milk Producers, to produce enriched milk alternatives. Fairlife milk has 50% more protein and calcium while containing half the sugar of regular milk. Coca-Cola has many strengths like a valuable brand, large global distribution network, and consumer loyalty, but also faces weaknesses such as negative publicity about health issues and low diversification beyond soft drinks.
