This document is an assumption of tax liability form for the State of Montana. It requires the name and identification information of the corporation transferring its tax liability and the corporation assuming the liability. The officer of the assuming corporation must sign to agree to file all required tax returns and pay all accrued taxes, penalties, and interest of the transferring corporation under Montana law.
