- 2. The title: welcome to closer, indirectly indicates to the audience that they are reading the contents because “welcome” suggests the beginning or start of the magazine. Also above the contents it reads “inside this issue”. Contents sections: The contents are divided up into different subsections Pages: Every content has a page number allocated to it making it easier access Font types: Both serif and sans serif font types are used in the page. The masthead is in serif font to maintain the continuity from the front page. The rest of the page however is predominantly in sans serif. Main image: The main image in the contents page is a fragment of the story luring the reader and making them curious. Online features: The contents page is used to advertise the brands extensions in their online endeavours.

Puzzle: The page contains a puzzle with a prize to incentivize more people to participate images: There is no real main image in this contents page but there are a few images that relate to a story with the page number to find it. Font types: The font types used within the page are primarily san serif to achieve there goal of appealing to a younger target audience who would prefer a less formal look. Contact details: Located at the bottom of the page there is information about the brands online endeavours and ways to contact them

Contents sections: The contents are divided up different topics that might interest different types of people Puzzle: There is a puzzle located with a prize as visible on other real life magazine. The title: The indication to the reader that this is the contents page is that in the skyline of the page it reads “in this months issue”. This indirectly suggests that the contents of the magazine will be located in this page. Images: All the images placed in the page correlate to a story further in the magazine with the page number incorporated in the image.
